Warner Bros. Pulling “Geostorm” Posters Out Of Theaters ‘Cause Too Real Man

Talk about your bad timing! The Warner Bros. weather disaster movie Geostorm is scheduled to hit screens October 20th…but the studio just pulled the posters for the film out of theaters out of respect for those impacted by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

The poster in question features a massive wave about to pour over skyscrapers in a major city and presumably drown a guy and his little kid. Its tagline is “Brave The Storm.”

On Sale Now: The Matrix Control System of Philip K. Dick

matrix-control-system-of-philip-k-dickWell folks, I just received my copy of The Matrix Control System Of Philip K. Dick And The Paranormal Synchronicities of Timothy Green Beckley, and it looks gorgeous! If you are a Philip K. Dick fan and are looking for some rarer insights and info on the man—especially in regards to esotericism—this is the book to buy. (don’t let the photo fool you—the book is HUGE!)

I have two articles in there which are edited versions of PKD posts here—it’s the first time I’ve ever put this type of work in print (outside of my comic book series Beyond). And to have it alongside people like Beckley, Brad Steiger, Nick Redfern…I mean, I know I’ve written this here already, but: wow. Very cool.

I’ll do a longer write-up of this book at some point, but if you are interested in purchasing it you can do so at Amazon—either in digital or print—at this link!

Anatomy Of A Coincidence, Part 2: The Wallet

In the original “Anatomy of a Coincidence,” I recounted an incident a few years ago where I seemingly had “foreknowledge,” through a dream, of an event in the near-future. In the follow-up, I examine an occurrence that happened only yesterday, involving a lost wallet that I both dreamt of and then happened in reality—only within the span of a day.

But considering vital aspects of the dream and the reality were different—was this really anything more than some sort of coincidence? If it wasn’t coincidence, then what was the message?

Book Review: Sinister Forces By Peter Levenda

Politics and religion both are born of documents and of blood. And both documents and blood form the primary sources of the following investigation.
—Peter Levenda, “Sinister Forces Book One: The Nine”

It took me about two years to finish the three volumes of Peter Levenda’s Sinister Forces. Not because they were that long, but because he provides an incredible amount to process. For fans of esoteric, “fringe” history, this book is a must-have; though when you take out the musings on synchronicity and the occult, the series is pretty much straight, sourced history.

Levenda is an author I trust. And if you are going to take the slow-dive down the 100-story secret underground rabbit hole of American history that is being offered with a book like Sinister Forces, you need somebody you can trust. Anything else is Chapel Perilous-ville.

The Simpsons Code

The story I’m about to tell you is not true; but it oddly has some resonances of truth within it. In the process, we are going to explore how the long-running animated TV series The Simpsons might have tapped into some sort of “intelligence” beyond the ken of mortal understanding.

Supposedly there is an early “missing” episode of the show, from Season 1. The episode was made, but then Simpsons writer/creator Matt Groening suddenly wanted it pulled before it saw broadcast. This episode was unique, in that it featured the death of one of the show’s main characters—Bart Simpson.
